Days filled with decisions,
disappointments and circumstances beyond our control need to be offered up
to God. In worship, we lose sight of the natural despairs and begin to
view things from Gods standpoint. Things that seem so big to us become so
small after we worship God to the fullest. Turn your worry into worship
and watch God move. Turn your hurts into worship and watch God heal. Turn
your broken heart into worship and watch God mend.
Worship God first, then make your requests known before Him.
Through worshiping God hope returns to us. Without Him, we are
hopeless, with Him, we have hope.
Worshipers receive from God:
Psalms 16 and 18
Isaiah 50:10 Turn darkness into light
Mark 7:25-30
Gen. 22:1-19
Exodus 15:1-21 We should praise especially after great deliverance
2 Samuel 6:1-23 David worshipped bringing up the ark
1 Kings 18:20-40
2 Chronicles 29 Cleansing precedes worship always
Matt. 2:1-12 Wise men worship
John 9:13-41 Blind man worshipped
John 12:1-8
Acts 16:16-40
If we expect God to do anything for us and through us, we must be
faithful worshipers.
