Philippians 2:13

A STUDY FOR YOUNG MINISTERS

Philippians 2:13-16 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither labored in vain.

God Calls---God anoints---God performs through us

In this study, we will discuss the following:

(1) To Will---RECOGNIZING THE CALLING--Hear the Word of the Lord

GOD GIVES US THE DESIRE TO WORK FOR HIM. HE creates a longing within our souls to accomplish certain tasks for His glory.

Record what you desire to do for the kingdom of God. Your list should not be over three different areas and can be as few as one certain desire.___________________________________________

(2) To Do------OBEYING THE CALL--Go Ye

Whatever God gives us the desire to do, He will also give us the ability to do whatever He has willed for us to do. His grace enables us to carry out His plan for us. Look up Philippians 4:13 and record what it says: __________________________________________________
